Steve is the author of Elearning for Law Firms, an Amazon.com best-selling book published by the American Bar Association, and was appointed by Harvard University to serve as Senior Fellow with Harvard’s Center for Business and Government in 2011. Named a “Trusted Advisor” by the legal-focused Professional Development Consortium every year since 2015 and a “Pioneer of Legal Microlearning” by the Centre for Legal Innovation, Steve holds an MPA from Harvard University and a B.S. in Computer Science and Information Science from the Watson School of Engineering in New York.

With more than 30 years of experience in creating, delivering, and innovating in training and workforce development in the legal, federal, and commercial sectors, Catherine is a founding member of SkillBurst. She is a two-time Fed100 award winner, a graduate of Shambaugh’s Women in Leadership and Learning (WILL) program, and widely recognized for her contributions to workforce development and continuous learning. Catherine works closely with our community of law firm clients to ensure that our products and services grow and evolve, to address their evolving training needs and deliver on the high expectations of this discerning community.

With over 20 years of dedicated expertise, Sarah is a results-driven leader in project and operations management. As a key member of the leadership team, she orchestrates the seamless execution of business operations, client service, and project success, by adeptly employing adaptive strategies to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape. Drawing from a rich background in project and operations management within esteemed organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton and ASI Government, Sarah is committed to our team and our clients’ success.

Anusia Gillespie is a lawyer, intrapreneur, and maker who is well-known for legal innovation, with seven industry awards received over the past four years. She is a published author with Harvard Law School Professor, Dr. Heidi K. Gardner, and is a 2019 Fastcase50 Award recipient. Anusia's journey includes practicing law, program design and development in academia at Harvard Law School Executive Education, building and leading innovation at Eversheds Sutherland (a top 10 global law firm), and driving in-house transformation at UnitedLex (a prominent legal services company).
