LONDON, OCTOBER 28, 2026–BARBRI, the trusted global leader in legal education, is pleased to announce that Director of Learning Alisa Gray has been named a finalist for Law.com International’s Outstanding Women in Law This award honours women in the legal profession who have made an exceptional impact over the past 12 months through leadership, innovation, advocacy, or cultural influence.

Among her accomplishments, Gray was recognised for her contributions in:
Advising a UK legal regulator on their competency framework and statement used as a benchmark for qualification and authorisation to practice;
Structuring new programmes to bridge lawyers from academia to practice;
Structuring new programmes for junior in-house lawyers; and
Designing conduct and ethics training to better reflect today’s profession.
At BARBRI, Gray is responsible for the design and delivery of substantive legal and business skills training programmes including the Prep for Practice programme. A qualified solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in private practice, she has an MSc in organisational psychology and is continuing her research into lawyers’ wellbeing as a PhD.
