Project Management Series

A practical, scenario-based learning series for attorneys and business professionals who plan, coordinate, support, or deliver legal work, whether or not project management is in their job title.

Legal work rarely arrives one project at a time. A litigation deadline moves up. A transaction expands in scope. A client escalates mid-negotiation. An internal initiative needs input from lawyers, legal operations, marketing, finance, or HR. Attorneys and business professionals have to manage all of it, often without ever being taught how to plan, prioritize, or coordinate the work itself.

This 4-module digital learning series helps attorneys and business professionals plan, prioritize, and deliver work more effectively, using the same structured thinking project managers rely on, applied to examples that match the learner audience. The attorney versions use legal scenarios such as litigation deadlines, contract negotiations, and client work under pressure. Business professionals versions use examples relevant to the professional services functions that support legal service delivery. The learning goal is the same: stronger planning, coordination, communication, and risk awareness.

Ideal for New Associates and Early-Career Lawyers

  • What separates a risk from an active problem?
